gavel 1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By signing up for the MeeAayu waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. To join, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parent/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and truthful data when signing up (e.g. valid email, optional mobile, or verified ABHA profile credentials).
campaign 2. Scope of Waitlist & Service Limitations
MeeAayu is currently in pre-launch development. Joining the waitlist represents an expression of interest for our 2027 MVP pilot. Waitlist entry:
- Does not guarantee immediate onboarding, system access, or delivery of clinical app services.
- Is strictly diagnostic-free. MeeAayu is not a clinical medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnostics, or treatments.
assignment_turned_in 3. ABDM Consent & Platform Actions
When using the optional ABDM/ABHA verification steps, you acknowledge that MeeAayu queries the official ABDM sandbox registry to match profile values. This data is handled in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You may revoke consent or withdraw your profile at any time.
warning 4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The waitlist landing page and associated conversational agents are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, data synchronization speeds, or future features of the MeeAayu mobile application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeeAayu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the waitlist.
location_city 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
